SOCHI, Feb 15 (PRIME) -- NovaWind, part of Russia’s state nuclear power corporation Rosatom, plans to build a 60 megawatt wind power plant on the coast of the White Sea in the westernmost republic of Karelia in 2020-2021, it said at the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi on Thursday.
